1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Menglo website, mobile app, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform. Menglo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Account Registration & Responsibility

To access certain features (e.g., purchases, wishlists, Menglo+ membership), you may need to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to maintain the security of your login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Menglo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Product & Purchase Policies

All products displayed on Menglo are subject to availability. We strive to display accurate colors, descriptions, and pricing, but minor variations may occur. Prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees unless stated otherwise. Menglo reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. Upon successful order placement, you will receive an email confirmation — this does not guarantee acceptance until shipment.

• Payment methods: Credit/Debit cards, Omni-Pay installments, PayPal, and Menglo gift cards.
• Pre-orders: Estimated shipping dates are provided but subject to change. Pre-order payments are collected upfront.

4. Shipping & Returns

We offer worldwide shipping with standard and express options. Delivery times vary by region. Menglo is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen events. You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused and in original packaging. 5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Menglo Platform — including logos, graphics, product designs, copy, icons, and software — is the exclusive property of Menglo or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written permission. “Menglo,” the bolt icon, and associated marks are registered trademarks. Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt our systems;
• Impersonate another person or entity;
• Post false, misleading, or malicious content (e.g., fake reviews);
• Engage in any activity that interferes with other users' experience.

Violations may result in immediate account termination and civil or criminal liability.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Menglo provides the Platform on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Menglo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of products or the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability, so this may not apply to you.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Menglo shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. You also agree to waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

9. Eligibility & Termination

By using Menglo, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or accessing the Platform under parental supervision. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct harmful to Menglo or its community. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases, and we may delete your account data consistent with our Privacy Policy.
